We all agree that childish ideas are filled with wonder and awe but when we get older they’re moments of miracle and meaning. Creativity is always seen as some mystical moment but what if it is just feeding one’s child-like concepts?
lyrics
You don’t know why I understand
Look in my eye. I don’t know yours. Say you’ll be now
Don’t you get slow now, we’ve got a few years
When I was younger I woke up real early to see a reflection on a wall
It drew me in since it’s source was so secluded- me eyes it eluded.
Pecking like a rare bird wondering, confused by the glass of the door.
Where is mysticism?
If not in innocence?
Why was wonder for kids and God for the rest of us?
